On-Site: You arrange for an engineer to visit your home or office, where they diagnose and repair the troublesome computer, identifying potential problems and issues that may occur, along with providing a system health check.
Collect-and-Return: You arrange for collection of your computer from your home, our engineers inspect and repair any faults identified, and the return is arranged with you at a time and date that best suits your needs.
Drop-and-Pick: You drop your computer off at our offices where our in-house engineers will work to diagnose and repair any faults encountered, and then pick-up is arranged with you over the phone.
